What time is check-in & how can i make the most of my arrival?
Check-in at The Mountain Top Lodge begins at 3 PM, and we can't wait to welcome you. Upon arrival, enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbles as you tour the lodge and settle in. To elevate your experience, join us for our Wine Down Hour from 5 PM to 6 PM, featuring complimentary charcuterie. Check-out is at 11 AM, but we’ll look forward to welcoming you back for your next stay.
do you welcome children at the mtl?
For the comfort and serenity of all our guests, The Mountain Top Lodge welcomes families with children over the age of 12. As an intimate property, we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. We kindly ask that children remain well-behaved to ensure the experience of other guests is not disrupted. If you’re seeking a more private family retreat, we recommend booking The Breedlove Cabin for added privacy and space.
what is the mtl’s pet policy?
Though we at The Mountain Top Lodge love our furry friends, we currently do not have any pet-friendly rooms, and pets are not permitted on the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to your final bill for any evidence of pets in your room. You might spot Hodges, Piper, and Annie Poo - the beloved Breedlove family pups - on the property from time to time, but rest assured, they are not allowed in the main lodge or guest rooms.
what if i need to cancel?
We’re sorry to hear your plans have changed, but we’re here to help. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your reservation, we are happy to provide a refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to your reservation will be refunded, less a 25% cancellation fee per room per night. For cancellations within 14 days or less of your stay, we are unable to offer a refund or credit. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you in the future.
